These terms govern the use of this website and any services provided by Aligning Brands Agency LLC.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Aligning Brands Agency reviews each application and invites qualified applicants to schedule a consultation.

A signed agreement and payment are required before any work begins. Monthly services require a minimum three-month commitment.

All content, branding and deliverables remain the property of Aligning Brands Agency until full payment is received. Clients generally receive rights to approved final deliverables after full payment.

Aligning Brands Agency reserves the right to decline any application or engagement.
